You Break Through

I had the pleasure to not only work with Kimber, I also got to work with Dr.Hample, Shraddha (dental assistant) and Ethan(dental assistant). The office was absolutely wonderful, Dr. Hample needs to stay at Lake Oswego as her permanent location, she was so bubbly, like a shaken up sprite bottle with mints inside! And Kimber worked with me to get me on the schedule ASAP in my dire needs of dental work! The office ran like a well oiled machine :), Also 2 of the best dental assistants ive had in a while!

This was my first appointment with Dr. Rachel Hampel, and I genuinely cannot say enough good things about her. She was incredibly friendly, warm, sympathetic, and immediately made me feel comfortable. She took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and was extremely knowledgeable without ever making the appointment feel rushed or impersonal. Finding a dentist you truly feel comfortable with can be difficult, and I left my appointment so excited that I had finally found a dentist I absolutely love. Then I learned that Dr. Hampel is currently only temporarily at the Lake Oswego Modern Dentistry location! I sincerely hope she becomes a permanent part of this office. Having a dentist who combines expertise with this level of kindness and genuine care makes an enormous difference in the patient experience, and I would absolutely choose to continue coming to this location specifically to remain her patient. Lake Oswego Modern Dentistry, please keep her for a long, long time. You have an exceptional dentist in Dr. Hampel, and I would be thrilled to have finally found my permanent dentist. 🦷🪥👩‍⚕️ (Also their manager Kimber was phenomenal. Raises all around)
