I was terrified when it became clear I needed a premolar extracted at my last dentist appointment. Despite my anxiety, this team managed to assure and comfort me through the entire surgical process. Each step, though initially terrifying, was made more feasible by the professional and empathetic approach maintained by everyone I interacted with. I want to specifically shout out Dr. Lai and Enrique for their enduring patience and understanding as I wrangled with my nervousness and self doubt. Enrique went so far as to double check I had my music playing on my headphones before any upsetting sounds arose, and Dr. Lai was so sure handed and calming that I was able to request an additional shot of local anesthesia, despite having a crippling phobia of needles. I am now going on day 4 after my operation, and I still have only experienced mild discomfort in my recovery, and I think both of those guys deserve a ton of credit for how smooth my experience was regarding pain. Beyond that, the office manager Mike also did a lot to make the intake and the outtake as painless as the removal itself, leaving me with nothing but praise for this office and the work they have done for me. I am less fearful of my next dentist appointment now than I can really ever remember being, and that is despite still needing to have some wisdom teeth pulled. Considering just how averse I had been to the idea of such an operation in the past, there may be no better representation for just how good I feel about the way things went. A resounding endorsement from me, along with a great deal of gratitude!

I am getting my wisdom teeth out soon and went in for my consultation with Mike at the front desk. Super helpful, answered all of my questions and concerns and made sure I left ready for my next appointment. Would totally come back for that type of service.
