The lady I spoke to, Savannah, is so wonderful and kind to talk to! She was very informative and never not once gave me an attitude. Sometimes you can tell even over the phone if the other person is so not into their job but Savannah is very professional and friendly. Thank you, Savannah, for a great customer service! :)
